Front Desk Receptionist (Evening Shift)Accident &amp; Injury CareAccident &amp; Injury Care is seeking a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. We are a busy, hybrid chiropractic, massage, and exercise rehabilitation clinic specializing in treating patients recovering from auto and work-related injuries, as well as those using private health insurance.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can self-manage effectively, and enjoys delivering excellent patient care while juggling multiple responsibilities.Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Shift: Evening (3:00 PM &ndash; 7:00 PM), Monday&ndash;Friday</li><li>Pay: $22.00 &ndash; $27.50 per hour (DOE)</li><li>Opportunity to pick up additional shifts as available</li><li>Potential to transition to morning shifts when available</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor</li><li>Answer and manage high volumes of phone calls, texts, and emails</li><li>Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple providers and therapies (chiropractic, massage, rehab, wellness services)</li><li>Balance and optimize multiple provider schedules within the same day</li><li>Track patient treatment plans and ensure proper scheduling alignment</li><li>Manage patient flow in a fast-paced, multi-service clinic environment</li><li>Provide facility tours and educate patients on services and wellness offerings</li><li>Assist patients with wellness services and general support needs</li><li>Perform additional administrative and operational tasks, including laundry and maintaining front desk organization</li><li>Navigate and multitask across multiple software systems efficiently</li><li>Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk and clinic environment</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)</li><li>Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Ability to self-manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently</li><li>Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously</li><li>Professional, reliable, and punctual</li><li>Positive attitude with strong customer service skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in a medical, chiropractic, massage, or wellness clinic</li><li>Familiarity with scheduling systems and electronic health records (EHR)</li><li>Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and PHI (Protected Health Information)</li><li>Experience with Jane, MindBody, OfficeAlly, and Square software systems</li><li>Experience coordinating multiple providers or service types</li><li>Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or rehabilitation</li><li>Leadership potential and desire to grow into a Front Desk Lead role</li></ul>Growth OpportunityThis position offers a clear pathway for advancement into a Front Desk Lead role for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, and operational excellence.Benefits &amp; Perks<ul><li>Free monthly massages</li><li>Free monthly chiropractic care</li><li>Free gym membership (onsite, fully equipped facility)</li><li>Complimentary access to: Infrared Sauna, Pneumatic Compression Therapy, Red Light Therapy bed, Cryotherapy chamber, and InBody body composition scanner</li></ul>LocationConveniently located near the Rainier exit from I-90, at the intersection of S Holgate St &amp; 23rd Ave S.If you&rsquo;re organized, personable, and ready to grow within a dynamic healthcare and wellness environment, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Pay: $22.00 - $27.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
