Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign. This role focuses on designing and producing high-quality books, cover artwork, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering visually compelling work on deadline.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and format books, including interior layouts and typography using Adobe InDesign</li><li>Create engaging and market-ready book covers aligned with brand and audience expectations</li><li>Develop marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, ads, and promotional assets</li><li>Collaborate with authors, editors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling</li><li>Manage multiple projects at various stages while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines</li><li>Prepare print-ready and digital files to production specifications</li><li>Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign (Photoshop and Illustrator also required)</li><li>Experience in book design, layout, and cover creation preferred</li><li>Strong typography, layout, and composition skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design standards</li></ul>Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sikeston, MO 63801
