This role involves strategic planning, key account management, and supervising the BDE team to ensure business targets are achieved.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.</li><li>Acquire new clients and manage large accounts in the exhibition &amp; event fabrication industry.</li><li>Conduct high-level meetings, pitch presentations, and close deals.</li><li>Lead and mentor BDEs to ensure productivity and conversion results.</li><li>Forecast sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.</li><li>Collaborate with design and operations to deliver premium-quality output at competitive cost.</li><li>Monitor project progress, quality, and client communication throughout the execution cycle.</li><li>Build strong relationships with agencies, event organizers, and corporates.</li><li>Market intelligence &mdash; track competitor trends, pricing, and innovation.</li><li>Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments.</li><li>Represent Nexhibit in national and international exhibitions.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of proven sales experience in exhibitions, events, or fabrication industry.</li><li>Strong negotiation, closing skills, and client relationship management.</li><li>Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.</li><li>Knowledge of stall design, fabrication processes, timelines, and costing.</li><li>Strategic thinking &amp; data-driven decision-making.</li></ul>Performance Metrics<ul><li>Revenue &amp; profitability growth</li><li>New key accounts acquired</li><li>Repeat business ratio &amp; client satisfaction</li><li>Team performance &amp; target achievement</li><li>Payment collection efficiency</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
