Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects for clients across various industries.</li><li>Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and business process mapping with client stakeholders.</li><li>Design and document functional solutions that align with business needs and Odoo capabilities.</li><li>Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate customization and configuration.</li><li>Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.</li><li>Train client teams on Odoo functionalities and best practices.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions and oversee go-live planning.</li><li>Provide post-implementation support and optimization.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience leading ERP implementations, with at least 2 full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations.</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, or HR.</li><li>Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.</li><li>Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, testing, and training.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Odoo functional certification or equivalent experience.</li><li>Experience working in an ERP consulting firm or Odoo partner organization.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.</li><li>Technical background or understanding of Odoo architecture is a plus (though not required to code).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs90,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you located in Karachi?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Odoo ERP Lead: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
