We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with 8+ years of proven experience in manual and automated testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software products. This role requires strong expertise in test planning, automation frameworks, performance testing, and mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks.</li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.</li><li>Ensure software quality standards and best practices are implemented.</li><li>Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.</li><li>Identify, log, and track defects while ensuring timely resolution.</li><li>Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and tools.</li><li>Mentor and guide junior QA engineers.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.</li><li>Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).</li><li>Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation.</li><li>Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).</li><li>Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates can drop their resumes directly attalent@fossphorus.com and CC: s.ahmed@fossphorus.comNote: Salary would be vary on the years of experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs180,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>SQA (manual + automation): 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Karachi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
