If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy providing exceptional customer support, this position is perfect for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the front desk ambassador, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette</li><li>Handle data entry tasks efficiently using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents</li><li>Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, including appointment setting and reminders</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs with care and professionalism</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally</li><li>Ability to proofread documents carefully while maintaining high accuracy standards</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li></ul>Join us in creating a vibrant office atmosphere where your organizational talents will shine!
