Executive Assistant to CEO Job Type: Full-Time Location: OnsiteAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. This is not a routine administrative role; this position requires someone who can think ahead, manage complex workflows, and coordinate across multiple teams with professionalism and precision.The EA will ensure optimized use of the CEO&rsquo;s time by managing inboxes, filtering priorities, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and driving follow-ups across the business. Inbox &amp; Strategic Communication Management<ul><li>Full ownership of the CEO&rsquo;s inbox, including triaging, categorizing, prioritizing, and escalating emails.</li><li>Draft and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO where appropriate.</li><li>Maintain a pending action log and ensure timely follow-ups.</li></ul>2. Calendar &amp; Meeting Management<ul><li>Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.</li><li>Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, reports, and minutes.</li><li>Attend meetings where needed to document decisions and action items.</li></ul>3. Project &amp; Workflow Oversight<ul><li>Track progress of CEO-assigned initiatives across departments.</li><li>Follow up with internal team members to ensure timely execution.</li><li>Identify bottlenecks, risks, or workflow issues and propose solutions.</li></ul>4. Document Preparation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Create business proposals, corporate reports, presentations, and internal briefs.</li><li>Summarize information for quick CEO decision-making.</li></ul>5. Stakeholder &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Serve as the communication bridge between the CEO, internal teams, clients, and partners.</li><li>Ensure timely and professional correspondence at all times.</li></ul>6. Strategic Support &amp; Insight<ul><li>Anticipate CEO needs and prepare relevant information or briefing material in advance.</li><li>Compile insights, summaries, and decision-support documents when required.</li></ul>7. Confidentiality &amp; Professional Conduct<ul><li>Uphold strict confidentiality across all matters handled.</li><li>Represent the CEO with professionalism and maturity.</li></ul>Tools &amp; Systems<ul><li>Outlook / Gmail delegated inboxes</li><li>Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)</li><li>ClickUp or other workflow management tools</li><li>Zoom / Virtual meeting platforms</li><li>CRM or proposal creation tools</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>High emotional intelligence and professional maturity.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and email management tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

We are seeking a Business Development Assistant to support our sales pipeline, lead generation, Upwork outreach, proposal writing, and CRM tracking. This role is ideal for fresh BBA/MBA graduates who want hands-on exposure to international business development, digital sales, and client acquisition.You will work closely with the Founder, Business Development Manager, and senior leadership to identify prospects, prepare proposals, and contribute to client onboarding.
