We are a professional and friendly heating and cooling company serving up a big plate of customer satisfaction with technical expertise on the side.
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour + Benefits

Work Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, weekends and evenings as needed; on-call rotation required
Required Qualifications / Achievements:
<ul><li>Level 3 skill set or higher</li><li>
Valid driver's license with clean, insurable driving record
</li><li>Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment
</li><li>Demonstrate willingness to invest time in-service training seminars and classes
</li><li>Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
</li><li>Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
</li><li>Enroll in HVAC technical school and/or in-house training programs
</li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
</li><li>Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
</li><li>EPA certification
</li><li>Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
</li><li>NATE Core Certification</li></ul>
Desired Qualifications / Achievements:<ul><li>
HVAC Tech School certificate
</li><li>Own tools needed for position</li></ul>

HVAC Residential Service Technician

We are looking for a HVAC Maintenance who is focused, reliable, honest, and hardworking
Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Sick Leave (earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, not to exceed 40 hours)
Essential Functions:<ul><li>
Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatched</li><li>
Relocate from one jobsite to another jobsite as dispatched during the workday</li><li>
Operate company vehicle as needed</li><li>
Ability to work staggered schedule if required</li><li>
Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times</li><li>
Develop basic knowledge of electrical refrigeration principles</li><li>
Develop basic knowledge of service tools and testing devices</li><li>
Develop soldering skills</li><li>
Develop customer service skills.</li><li>
Perform filter changes utilizing filter checklist paperwork unassisted</li><li>
Develop skills to perform planned maintenance on residential systems utilizing maintenance checklist with assistance of a Service Technician level 3 or higher</li></ul>
Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or its equivalent</li><li>
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record</li><li>
Ability to operate power and hand tools safely</li><li>
Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills</li><li>
