As a <b>Warehouse Supervisor</b>, you will play a vital role in Accurate Mechanical&rsquo;s warehouse operations&mdash;ensuring the seamless flow of goods from receiving and storage to delivery coordination at jobsites. You&rsquo;ll oversee inventory management, coordinate staff activities, and enforce safety protocols to maintain an efficient and orderly environment.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h3><ul><li>
Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and securing goods and company tools.</li><li>
Implement and enforce safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>
Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff based on workload and priorities.</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control, including physical counts and system reconciliation.</li><li>
Maintain company tools, warehouse equipment, and vehicles&mdash;scheduling repairs and inspections as needed.</li><li>
Coordinate with in-house and outside parties to ensure proper care, upkeep, and maintenance of the building and surrounding lot(s).</li><li>
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve warehouse efficiency.</li><li>
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.</li><li>
Prepare and submit performance reports to the Warehouse/Operations Manager and/or senior management.</li></ul><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
QUALIFICATIONS</b></h3><ul><li>
Proven experience in warehouse management.</li><li>
Proficiency in inventory software and strong understanding of warehouse processes.</li><li>
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of OSHA and DOT regulations.</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to pull and back up a trailer.</li><li>
Forklift Certified</li><li>
CDL (Preferred)</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.<br>
