Experience Required: 1&ndash;3 Years Location: Noida Sec-63 Vacancy: 1Salary: 18000-20000/monthJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in preparing reports and statements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, payments, receipts, and vouchers.</li><li>Prepare and maintain books of accounts up to finalization.</li><li>Handle GST, TDS calculations, returns filing, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.</li><li>Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.</li><li>Maintain records of petty cash and ensure accurate entries.</li><li>Support in audits (internal &amp; statutory) by providing necessary data and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors or consultants.</li><li>Ensure timely follow-up on accounts receivable and payable.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP or similar).</li><li>Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li><li>B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current salary</li><li>Expected salary</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
