We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Admin cum Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role offers excellent exposure to both administrative operations and client-facing marketing activities, with opportunities to earn commissions in addition to a fixed salary.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including documentation, correspondence, and filingCoordinate with clients for service inquiries, follow-ups, and appointmentsSupport business consultancy functions such as accounting, tax filing, and recruitment coordinationAssist in handling company setup and PRO services requirementsExecute marketing activities including social media management, content updates, and basic digital campaignsGenerate leads, follow up with prospects, and support sales conversion effortsMaintain company databases, records, and reports for both admin and marketing purposesCollaborate with management to identify growth opportunities and improve service deliveryRequirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field1&ndash;3 years of experience in administration and/or marketing (experience in consultancy or service industry preferred)Preferably with own visaStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in MS Office and social media platformsExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take ownership in a start-up environmentAbility to work independently and handle multiple responsibilitiesWhat We Offer:Attractive commission structure based on performanceExposure to diverse functions in business consultancyOpportunity to grow with a fast-paced, ambitious start-upSupportive and energetic work environmentJob Type: Full-time
