You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of video content&mdash;from raw footage to final edit, including engaging caption overlays&mdash;and developing the social media strategy to maximize its reach, engagement, and conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Edit raw video footage into highly engaging, short-form and long-form content optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Expertly integrate captions and text overlays to maximize viewing accessibility and retention (a strong eye for kinetic typography is a plus).</li><li>Input music, graphics, special effects, and animations to enhance storytelling and brand identity.</li><li>Ensure all videos maintain high production quality and brand consistency.</li></ul>Social Media Strategy &amp; Management<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media content strategy across all relevant platforms.</li><li>Understand current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously optimize content performance.</li><li>Write compelling, on-brand copy for all social media posts.</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, etc.) to inform future strategy.</li><li>Engage with our online community to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>High proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro is preferred) and design tools like Adobe After Effects or similar.</li><li>Demonstrable creative eye for viral and highly shareable content.</li><li>Deep understanding of social media platforms' native editing tools and content performance metrics.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dehradun, Uttarakhand, to work from our IT Park office.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
