About Us:Ace Brands LLC is a US-based franchise operator for Popeyes with a growing footprint across multiple states. Our Karachi-based back office functions as the operational and financial engine for the group. We are currently looking to hire a proactive and skilled Assistant Manager &ndash; Finance &amp; Accounts to support our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performance, process-driven international finance environment.Reporting Line:This role will report directly to the Finance Manager &ndash; Karachi Office and will coordinate closely with US-based teams for reconciliations and reporting.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Assist in preparing monthly P&amp;L, cash flow statements, and balance sheets</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations, manage general ledger entries, and ensure financial data accuracy</li><li>Prepare financial performance summaries for management and assist in variance analysis</li><li>Maintain audit-ready financial records and ensure timely internal reporting</li></ul>2. Accounts Payable Oversight<ul><li>Overlook and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function ensuring accuracy and compliance</li><li>Review the classification and posting of vendor bills in QuickBooks Online and BILL.com</li><li>Ensure that payments are being processed timely and in accordance with company policies</li></ul>3. Revenue &amp; Dispute Handling Support<ul><li>Work alongside delivery operations to monitor and support dispute resolution processes</li><li>Provide dispute-related financial summaries and reconciliation reports</li></ul>4. Controls, Audits &amp; Process Enhancements<ul><li>Assist in reviewing and improving internal controls around financial operations</li><li>Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvement plans to the Finance Manager</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, preferably supporting international operations</li><li>Strong command over QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of basic accounting principles, bank reconciliations, and ledger management</li><li>Ability to work independently during US EST hours with strong attention to detail</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing US-based franchise operation</li><li>Exposure to real-time international accounting practices</li><li>Structured learning and mentorship by senior finance professionals</li><li>A process-driven and performance-oriented culture</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting &amp; Finance: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
