This is a high-impact opportunity for a seasoned HR operations leader with deep expertise in Background Verification (BGV), Induction, Onboarding, and the complete Employee Life Cycle, gained within large MNC, IT, ITES, or global corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities: 
Lead end-to-end HR Operations &amp; Employee Life Cycle Management 
 Own Background Verification (BGV) processes at enterprise scale 
 Drive seamless Induction &amp; Onboarding for large, diverse workforces 
 Ensure compliance, documentation, and HR governance excellence 
 Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee experience &amp; process efficiency 
 Manage vendors, audits, escalations &amp; operational controls 
 Build scalable HR operations frameworks for a growing global workforce
Ideal Candidate Profile: 
Significant experience in HR Operations within a large MNC / IT / ITES / BFSI environment 
 Strong hands-on expertise in BGV, Induction, Onboarding &amp; Employee Life Cycle 
 Deep understanding of HR compliance, process audits &amp; operational risk 
 Proven ability to manage high volumes with precision and governance 
 Strong stakeholder, vendor &amp; team management capabilities
