<ul><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.</li>
<li>Continuously work on cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Purchase Order Management:</b>
<ul><li>Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs).</li>
<li>Ensure timely approval and follow-up for order confirmation and dispatch.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Supplier Relationship Management:</b>
<ul><li>Maintain good relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and timely delivery.</li>
<li>Handle supplier performance reviews and corrective actions when needed.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Quality and Compliance Coordination:</b>
<ul><li>Coordinate with the quality assurance (QA) team to ensure purchased items meet medical device regulatory requirements.</li>

<ul><li>Collaborate with the stores and logistics teams for inventory management and inbound logistics.</li>
<li>Track shipments and resolve customs or transport-related issues.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Market Research and Cost Benchmarking:</b>
<ul><li>Conduct regular market studies to compare prices, technologies, and vendor offerings.</li>
<li>Stay updated on import/export regulations, GST implications, and new supplier opportunities.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Documentation and Record Keeping:</b>
<ul><li>Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, invoices, and compliance documents.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Cross-Department Collaboration:</b>
<ul><li>Work closely with R&amp;D, Production, and Finance teams to align purchase activities with business goals.</li>
<li>Support new product development (NPD) by sourcing materials and components.</li>
