The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong influencer and media relationships, executing PR campaigns, and driving brand visibility and engagement. This is a fully remote position with opportunities to work in a dynamic and fast-scaling environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.</li><li>Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and thought leaders in health, wellness, and lifestyle niches.</li><li>Plan and execute PR campaigns, including press releases, media outreach, and brand storytelling.</li><li>Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and partnerships with influencers and agencies.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report on influencer and PR campaign performance with actionable insights.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer and PR initiatives with broader brand campaigns.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms for influencer and PR marketing.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.</li><li>Strong understanding of influencer platforms, campaign tracking, and engagement metrics.</li><li>Proven record of executing successful influencer collaborations and PR campaigns.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Experience in the health, wellness, or supplements industry is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Fully remote and flexible work environment.</li><li>Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing health &amp; wellness brand.</li><li>Career growth and learning opportunities in digital marketing and PR.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per month
