Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Coordinator &amp; Recruiter with experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting our HR operations and ensuring the recruitment and onboarding of qualified, compassionate clinical and administrative professionals.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of healthcare staffing, compliance requirements, and a passion for supporting employees in a mission-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment &amp; Staffing<ul><li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical positions, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified nurses, therapists, aides, and administrative staff.</li><li>Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.</li><li>Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and credentialing documentation per state and federal healthcare regulations.</li></ul>HR Coordination &amp; Employee Support<ul><li>Assist with new hire onboarding, ensuring all documentation, licensing, and training requirements are completed.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS data in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards.</li><li>Support employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate benefits enrollment, performance reviews, and policy updates as needed.</li><li>Assist with employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Administration<ul><li>Ensure HR policies and procedures align with federal, state, and accrediting body requirements (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission, state home health regulations).</li><li>Support audits and surveys by maintaining organized and compliant HR documentation.</li><li>Track and report on key HR and recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, turnover, and retention.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 2 years of HR or recruiting experience, ideally in Home Health, Hospice, or Healthcare settings.</li><li>Experience recruiting for clinical roles (RNs, LVNs, PTs, HHAs, etc.) is highly preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of:</li><li>HR best practices, healthcare credentialing, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS platforms, and onboarding systems.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.</li><li>High attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential information.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Be part of a compassionate and mission-driven organization that values teamwork and patient care excellence.</li><li>Competitive pay, health benefits, and opportunities for growth.</li><li>A supportive culture that empowers staff to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
