Role Overview:We are seeking a Graphic &amp; 3D Artist to join our Product Design Department, responsible for shaping the visual language and micro-interactions across ACE's app, web and internal digital products. This role sits within the product experience ecosystem not marketing and focuses on enhancing user interfaces, in-app visual consistency, iconography, and the creation of high-fidelity 3D assets that elevate our fintech user experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible to collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Products Managers, and Front-End Engineers to design assets that feel functional, delightful, and on-brand for ACE's international audience.Key Responsibilities:1. Products Interface Visual Design <ul><li>Design and animate UI-level visual assets, including icons, illustrations, onboarding graphics, transaction visuals, and in-app empty states.</li><li>Develop Consistent 3D iconography and illustrations aligned with ACE's evolving design system (light and dark modes).</li><li>Collaborate with Product Designers to visually refine UX-approved screens, adding high-fidelity graphics, icons, and 3D elements that enhance clarity, usability, and trust.</li><li>Support UI/UX teams in design QA to ensure assets render cleanly and consistently across devices and resolutions.</li><li>Collaborate with the Product Design Manager to define the overall creative vision and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.</li><li>Gather design references, create mood-boards, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate ideas to stakeholders.</li><li>Leverage Knowledge of animation, editing and post-production tools to consistently produce top-quality work.</li></ul>2. 3D Design &amp; Motion<ul><li>Create 3D/2D icons, micro-illustrations, and lightweight motion visuals (Lottie/After Effects) that communicate complex fintech actions e.g. verification remittance success, onboarding steps.</li><li>Ensure 3D visuals are optimized for mobile and web performance, adhering to technical constraints.</li><li>Collaborate with Product Design to establish 3D style guidelines and reusable component libraries.</li></ul>3. Brand Consistency Across Product Interfaces<ul><li>Maintain visual harmony across all ACE digital touchpoints by following and contributing to ACE Products Design brand and product style guides.</li><li>Work closely with UI Designers to ensure ACE's interface visuals remain accessible, intuitive and globally appealing.</li></ul>4. Cross Functional Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with Product Designers to ideate visuals for app and web features.</li><li>Work with Develops to validate asset integration (SVGs, 3D renders, Lottie, JSON, etc.).</li><li>Contribute to design documentation (e.g., visual specs, asset libraries, handoff files).</li><li>Participate in design reviews and product sprint discussions to align visuals with business and UX goals.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; CompetenciesDesign Expertise:<ul><li>Strong portfolio showcasing 3D/2D icons, digital illustrations, and in-app visuals for technology or fintech products.</li><li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suit (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), and 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, or equivalent).</li><li>Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals spacing, hierarchy, alignment, and accessibility.</li><li>Familiarity with responsive and platform-specific design (iOS, Android, Web).</li><li>A strong motion reel or portfolio that demonstrates your abilities as an animator and video editor.</li><li>Explore and experiment with AI technologies to discover ways they can enhance motion design workflows and creative output.</li></ul>Technical Fluency<ul><li>Experience exporting assets for mobile (iOS/Android) and web.</li><li>Ability to produce Lottie animations or light motion graphics.</li><li>Understanding of vector optimization, SVG handling and render performance.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong attention to details, visual consistency, and aesthetic judgment.</li><li>Collaborate mindset ability to work closely with designers, product managers, and developers.</li><li>Ownership attitude proactive in identifying design improvement within the product experience.</li><li>Passion for fintech innovation and user-centric design.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>2-5 years of experience in a product design or digital interface environment Previous work in fintech, payments or digital app design is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of UI motion design principles and 3D/2D lighting/texturing for digital UI is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience contributing to design systems or cross platform component libraries.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current compensation package?</li></ul><ul><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul><ul><li>Is it possible for you to commute daily to Gulberg-3 Lahore, or to relocate to Lahore city for this job?</li></ul><ul><li>The shift timing connected with the role is 01 PM PST to 10 PM PST.
