We partner with corporates and SMEs to enhance efficiency, productivity, and growth.We are now seeking a dynamic Head &ndash; HR to lead and build our Human Resources function, aligning people strategy with business transformation goals.Role SummaryThe Head &ndash; HR will be responsible for building, leading, and institutionalizing HR frameworks at Acelot. This role demands expertise in Talent Acquisition, Learning &amp; Development, HR Policy Framework, HR Operations, Payroll, HRMS implementation, and Employee Engagement. The candidate must bring hands-on experience of working in startup environments and be capable of building people processes from the ground up.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition &amp; Staffing<ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy across business verticals.</li><li>Build strong hiring pipelines through innovative sourcing and AI-based recruitment tools.</li><li>Drive leadership hiring and ensure timely staffing for key business needs.</li><li>Partner with external recruitment firms and staffing agencies.</li></ul>2. HR Policy &amp; Framework<ul><li>Define, implement, and update HR policies aligned with organizational culture and legal compliance.</li><li>Establish performance management systems and role-career fit frameworks.</li><li>Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.</li></ul>3. Learning &amp; Development (L&amp;D)<ul><li>Design and execute training and capability development programs across functions.</li><li>Partner with internal business leaders and external trainers to drive leadership and skill enhancement initiatives.</li><li>Implement measurable ROI-driven training frameworks.</li></ul>4. HR Operations &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Manage payroll, statutory compliance, and employee benefits seamlessly.</li><li>Oversee HRMS implementation, digital tools, and AI-based solutions to automate HR operations.</li><li>Monitor attendance, leave, and employee lifecycle management.</li></ul>5.
