Essential Duties (may include, but not limited to) 
<ul><li>
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene</li><li>
Work cooperatively with all other staff</li><li>
Maintaining a clean workstation at all times</li><li>
Operate a dish machine using proper levels of chemicals</li><li>
Follow all regulations and system standards for sanitation</li><li>
Bussing, sorting, rinsing and racking dishes after use</li><li>
Wash all pots and pans after each use</li><li>
Empty trash cans</li><li>
Maintain and keep clean dumpster area</li><li>
Place silverware in appropriate storage areas</li><li>
Keep the kitchen supplied with clean dishes</li><li>
Maintain floors, work area, and restrooms clean, including trash disposal.</li><li>
Clean the restrooms regularly</li><li>
Maintain the parking area clean and clear of trash
</li><li>Ensure our restaurant maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home</li><li>
Ability to perform other duties as assigned</li></ul> 
Qualification Requirements<ul><li>
Able to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
</li><li>Can be calm under pressure</li><li>
Must be dependable and can maintain a flexible schedule.</li><li>
Attend and successfully complete any ongoing training or certification programs required by the company, federally, or by the state as it relates to this position.</li></ul> 
Required Skills and Experience<ul><li>
Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills</li><li>
Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and or move up to 35 pounds.</li><li>
Team Members will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and are required to work with cleaning chemicals. Frequent washing of the hands is required for all positions.</li></ul> 
Education Requirements<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED.</li></ul>

The position requires continuously walking, standing, bending, lifting, reaching, crouching, touching, feeling, tasting, talking, hearing, wiping, smelling, and inhaling smoke from a wood-burning cooker.</li><li>
Sonnys is a fast paced environment and requires constant human interaction and movement.</li><li>
Dishwashers regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.</li><li>
While performing the duties of the job, team members regularly work with or near moving mechanical parts.</li><li>
Team Members may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and are required to work with cleaning chemicals. Frequent washing of the hands is required.</li><li>
As a BOH Team Member, you must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job for up to an 8-hour shift.</li></ul>

Essential Duties (may include, but not limited to)<ul><li>
Ability to cook
</li><li>Memorize and apply all Sonnys-specialized BOH terminology, plating, menu items, procedures, utensils, abbreviations, and methodologies.</li><li>
Ability to navigate around equipment</li><li>
Fully responsible for managing the grill
</li><li>Ability to work frying equipment and bread grill
</li><li>Able to read orders and follow protocols to process orders according to the KDS</li><li>
Maintain a clean work station
</li><li>Adhere to sanitary and food preparation guidelines
</li><li>Perform cleaning duties throughout and at the end of the shift</li><li>
Use a meat slicer
</li><li>Able to work with sharp knives
</li><li>Ability to perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>
