 Execute the monthly assembly operation as per monthly plan.

 <li>
 Planning of Shift schedules, resource allocation.
 </li>

 Tracking of plan Vs Actual for the OTDIF.

 <li>
 Skill level mapping &amp; Identified the need of training for the associates for multiskilling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identification of flow stopper &amp; Improvement plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute actions as decided in ECN meeting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring of the OLR &amp; analysis with the help of QC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hardware management &amp; procurement
 </li>
 <li>
 Publish the shift reports on timely basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 WIP control
 </li>
 <li>
 Production order confirmation in the SAP
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuous monitoring of WIP &amp; control over the inventory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring of the losses &amp; improvement action plan

 </ul>

 Skill level improvement &amp; multiskilling of Associates

 Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling,

 Product knowledge (Blister &amp; Carton machines, Format parts)

 Knowledge of MS Office
 
 
 
 Minimum Requirement
 
 
 
 
 Level of Education
 
 
 
 Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Production) or Graduate with experience in same business,

 5 to 8 years,
