Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with treatment teams and families</li><li>
Conduct behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment plans</li><li>
Provide training and support to therapists and other treatment staff</li><li>
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure successful implementation of treatment plans</li><li>
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment plans</li><li>
Stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field</li><li>
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)</li><li>
1+ years of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinic or home-based setting</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 ANNUALLY</li></ul>
