We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper.<br>
Are you a professional ready to join our corporate office, located right outside the heart of downtown Paso Robles? The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, A/R, A/P, auditing, payroll, and Excel. Three years minimal experience as a professional Bookkeeper is required.<br>

Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>
Maintain books of account-general ledger, receivable/payable, cash, sales, and payroll</li><li>
Prepare and post monthly journal entries; i.e., Payroll, W/C, Liability Insurance, etc; prepare accounts payable vouchers and cash disbursements; prepare cash projections and monitor and report variations from projections promptly</li><li>
Prepare and process monthly Social Security reports; Prepare and process monthly (pre-payments) and quarterly sales tax returns</li><li>
Enter accounting data into the computer to consolidate into the general ledger; Inventory tracking for all departments; Monitor purchases for each department</li><li>
Process monthly Client billing and submit to funding agencies</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>
Minimum 3 year experience in a previous bookkeeping/accounting position</li><li><b>
Must be proficient in Payroll Systems, QuickBooks and Excel</b></li><li>
Must have previous experience processing payroll</li><li>
Experience with Paychex is preferred, but not required</li><li>
Advanced computer/technology skills and knowledge</li><li>
Driving is an essential function of this position</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Compensation</b></h2><p><b>
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $29.00 per hour, DOE.</b></p><p><b>
