Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).</li><li>
Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).</li><li>
Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.</li><li>
Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.</li><li>
Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.</li></ul>

Competitive Pay: $25.00&ndash;$35.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience)</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma required (Bachelor&rsquo;s preferred or in progress).</li><li>
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.</li><li>
Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.</li><li>
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.</li></ul>
