<div>Summary of the role: 
This is an exciting R&amp;D opportunity in an innovation-focused company to develop new in vitro diagnostic assays on our Lateral Flow Assay (LFA) platform. 
Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li> 
Independently execute complex test programs and individual experiments in alignment with general guidelines.</li><li>Participate in the systematic assessment of input materials, formulations, and setups for lateral flow immunoassays.</li><li>Contribute to the methodical development of system dependencies for dry chemical test systems.</li><li>Produce and evaluate laboratory samples.</li><li>Collect data to support the creation of manufacturing and testing protocols.</li><li>Mathematically and statistically analyze and interpret test results using IT tools.</li><li>Document and evaluate experimental test procedures and results in detailed protocols.</li><li>Generate specification documents, including manufacturing instructions, forms, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Plan individual experiments for test and system development based on general specifications or in consultation with supervisors.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li> 
Engineer (Master's or Bachelor's degree) or highly experienced technician in disciplines such as biochemistry or biology.</li><li>Significant professional background in Research and Development (R&amp;D) within In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) development.</li><li>Additional experience in lateral flow immunoassays is advantageous.</li><li>Proficiency in handling human-origin sample materials like whole blood, plasma, and serum.</li><li>Strong command of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent proficiency in English language.</li></ul>
