 Job Summary
 
 
 
 Responsible for managing factory production and project execution for interior and joinery works. Oversees end-to-end production operations, resource planning, cost control, quality assurance, and coordination with site teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage factory production operations: carpentry, painting, printing, welding, and fabrication
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and monitor project schedules, workflow, and production timelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize manpower, materials, and resources to maximize productivity
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality standards are maintained across all production departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with site teams, project teams, and management for smooth execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor costs, control budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Track project progress and resolve production or scheduling issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare regular production and project progress reports
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills

 Strong technical knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery production
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing factory teams and multiple projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in cost control and productivity improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities
