The ACI Coatings Powell Branch is hiring for a Lead Painter to join our Lennar painting team. This Lead Painter position requires experience and leadership. This person must have a can-do attitude and strong organizational and communication skills. This position does require a minimum of 3 years of residential painting experience, preferably in a new build/production setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
All Items listed below are in addition to the requirements for an Apprentice.
SAFETY<ul><li>
Complete basic safety training certifications listed for Apprentices.</li><li>
Become an ambassador for Safety &amp; promote awareness in others. Obtain OSHA 30 Certification &amp; meet all deadline requirements for Safety Paperwork &amp; Incident Reporting.</li></ul>
ACI PRIDE &amp; SERVICE<ul><li>
Become a company representative for organization, preparedness, price &amp; service in all categories.</li></ul>
ACOUNTABILITY<ul><li>
Quality Control all of your personal work &amp; that of your team. Maintain excellent attendance.</li></ul>
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE &amp; DAILY DELIVERABLES<ul><li>
TOOLS: Be highly effective &amp; efficient with an airless sprayer, sanders, drills &amp; other various tools.</li><li>
COATINGS: Know the right product for the right job. Understand the basics of color therapy &amp; have an advanced knowledge of all primers, Int/Ext paints &amp; stains, &amp; all basic base types.</li><li>
SPRAYERS: Advanced knowledge of sprayers &amp; basic equipment repair &amp; maintenance.</li></ul>
ACI QUALITY<ul><li>
PREP: Set up all job sites with necessary equipment &amp; supplies &amp; do so, quickly &amp; routinely.</li><li>
JOB BREAKDOWN: Thorough clean the job site &amp; break down a sprayer to the ball.</li><li>
MARKET SEGMENT EXPERT: Residential Repairs, Small Commercial &amp; Small Industrial</li><li>
APPLICATION: Cut &amp; roll 300 sq-ft/hour, brush &amp; roll doors, roll high gloss smooth wall, spray &amp; back-roll interior, properly trim out exterior, basics of spraying an interior, basics of log home chinking &amp; staining, advanced Int/Ext stain techniques, &amp; paint &amp; stain fiberglass doors.</li></ul>
Requirements:

MUST HAVE:* Reliable transportation, VALID Driver&rsquo;s License, Insurance Driving Record.
MUST:* Pass a drug test (excluding marijuana) and background check.</div>
