Job Summary:
The Sr Mgr, Services is responsible for the development and implementation of ACI products &amp; solutions as contracted by assigned customers. Lead a solution delivery team comprised of a cross functional resources (i.e. project managers, solution architects, technical consultants, custom and quality engineering) through the complete implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales through transition to production support. Performance is measured by the delivery of customer solutions on schedule, within budget, with expected quality and customer satisfaction. In addition, the Manager, Implementation Services will grow and develop the team by leveraging the Technology Competence Center, Project Management Competency Center and other ACI training initiatives. 
Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Act as transformation leader to drive change, optimization and energize the organization.
</li><li>Responsible for the end-to-end customer implementation lifecycle; all engagements must adhere to ACI implementation standards and performance measurements.
</li><li>Responsible for delivering to assigned projects budget; awareness of company P&amp;L&rsquo;s and how the performance of the team impacts the financial measurements (e.g. revenue backlog and deferred expense) of the business.
</li><li>Responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring and developing a multi-disciplined team across all delivery functions.
</li><li>Responsible for resource management practices and accurate forecast of resource capacity requirements for all team members reporting into or assigned to the delivery team. Proactive execution of resource management practices to mitigate potential constraints or surplus.
</li><li>Provide guidance and leadership to achieve efficient, flawless implementation execution and quality deliverables for all assigned customers.
</li><li>Support Sales and the Program Management team in negotiating, administering and closing services and solutions contracts with assigned customers, including approval of professional services bids prior to release by Sales to the Customer.
</li><li>Implement intelligent and efficient use of ACI methodologies and project management best practices to achieve consistent repeatable quality service delivery.
</li><li>Increase the team&rsquo;s industry knowledge and use of ACI products to solve business problems in company targeted vertical markets.
</li>Drive collaboration and partnership with cross-function teams; specifically foster close working relationships with Program Management, Sales and Technology.

</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience.
</li><li>5 years managing an implementation team delivering complex custom software solutions.
</li><li>Management experience required.
</li><li>Payments industry knowledge.
 </li>Extensive customer-facing experience.

Job Title: Associate BASE24 Technical Consultant 
Job Location: Customer location (MUMBAI) 
Job Summary:
Ensures new and existing ACI customers receive a first-class delivery service in accordance with customer expectations and contractual agreements. Primarily responsible for the identification/development of solutions for customers using company products, outsourced solutions and/or proprietary tools/techniques implemented by others. Defines customer needs and develops a plan and proposal for delivery of the project. Viewed by customers as a consultant. Performance is typically evaluated based on utilization, (i.e., billable hours). 
Job Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>Fully understands the customer&rsquo;s functional and technical requirements and provide analysis on all technical aspects.
</li><li>Ability to convert the specification to quality deliverable.
</li><li>Ability to highlight impact and risk.
</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide immediate solution.
</li><li>Applying ACI fixes and Mandates following ACI process.
</li><li>Code version management
</li><li>Ensure quality deliverables by ensuring complete QA.

</li><li>Tools like FUP, SCUP, INSPECT, Pathway.

</li><li>Deployment of code into SIT and UAT environments.
</li></ul>Added Advantage:
<ul><li>Experience with Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication and integration across heterogeneous systems.
</li><li>Knowledge of configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting GoldenGate processes (Extract, Pump, Replicat).
</li><li>Familiarity with bi-directional replication , conflict detection/resolution, and high-availability architectures using GoldenGate.
</li><li>Understanding of data synchronization strategies and performance tuning in GoldenGate environments.</li></ul></div>
