We empower retailers and distributors with digital tools, data insights, and supply chain integration to drive efficiency and growth.Role Overview We are looking for a female Accountant who is detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in handling end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Accounting principles, Tally ERP, and statutory compliances.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP</li><li>Handle accounts payable &amp; receivable, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledgers</li><li>Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and petty cash</li><li>Prepare and file GST, TDS, and statutory compliances with auditors</li><li>Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly P&amp;L</li><li>Monitor outstanding collections and follow up on payments</li><li>Ensure accurate invoice generation &amp; documentation</li><li>Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;4 years of relevant accounting experience</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP</li><li>Strong in MS Excel &amp; MS Office</li><li>Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances</li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills &amp; communication skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Opportunity to work in a fast-growing retail-tech company</li><li>Exposure to diverse financial operations and technology-driven processes</li><li>A collaborative, growth-oriented work environment</li></ul>Apply Now: Send your CV to hr@thelocal.co.inJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,986.94 - &#8377;30,695.19 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
