SEO SpecialistThe SEO Specialist, will play a key role in developing and executing SEO strategies for both Ackerman Security Systems and LivSmart Solar. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of SEO across these two distinct brands, ensuring optimized online visibility, increased organic traffic, and support for lead generation efforts through search engines.In addition to SEO management, this person will collaborate with the broader marketing team to support the creation and optimization of content for social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring that all digital and offline communications are aligned with brand strategy and search performance goals.Core Responsibilities:SEO Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Lead SEO strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization for the websites of Ackerman Security Systems and LivSmart Solar.</li><li>Perform regular keyword research, backlink analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.</li><li>Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, internal linking, etc.) and off-page strategies to support search engine visibility.</li><li>Manage local SEO efforts to maximize visibility in local search results, focusing on Google Business Profiles, local citations, and reputation management.</li><li>Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, BrightEdge, and Bright Local to monitor performance and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.</li><li>Oversee and manage Google Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns to support lead generation goals, ensuring proper setup, optimization, and budget management.</li></ul>Cross-Brand Collaboration<ul><li>Develop scalable SEO strategies tailored to the unique needs of both Ackerman Security Systems and LivSmart Solar, ensuring each brand's goals and customer segments are appropriately targeted.</li><li>Partner with internal teams (creative, web development, and content) and external resources to maintain technical health and SEO best practices across both websites.</li></ul>Content Support &amp; Development<ul><li>Provide keyword strategy and SEO guidance to support the creation of website content, blog posts, and landing pages.</li><li>Assist with content creation and optimization for social media, email marketing, and traditional marketing materials for both brands.</li><li>Ensure all digital content aligns with SEO objectives and supports broader marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Leadership<ul><li>Serve as the internal SEO subject matter expert for both Ackerman Security Systems and LivSmart Solar, providing training, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing leadership to align SEO efforts with overall business objectives and brand strategies.</li><li>Coordinate with third-party partners, as needed, to support specialized SEO initiatives.</li></ul>Work Structure: This is a hybrid position based out of our Atlanta office, with a combination of in-office and remote work to be defined following the completion of the training period.<ul><li>Training Period: For the first 30 days, all work will be conducted in person at the Atlanta office to ensure full onboarding and immersion in company processes and brand standards.</li><li>Ongoing Schedule: After training, a hybrid schedule will be implemented, balancing in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.</li></ul>Position Scope:This role is responsible for ensuring that organic search and local search are key drivers of lead generation and brand awareness for Ackerman Security Systems and LivSmart Solar, supporting both companies growth through strategic SEO management, local SEO execution, and collaborative marketing efforts.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
