Key Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p><br>
1. As a NetSuite Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and configure NetSuite to meet their needs.</p><p></p><p><br>
2. Will be responsible for participating in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documenting process flows and specifications.</p><p></p><p><br>
3. Lead/Support all solution activities including testing, verification, and cutover activities.</p><p></p><p><br>
4. Documentation of requirement, Process and User documentation Design business process and application configuration for application based on industry best practices.</p><p></p><p><br>
5. Work with technical teams to design and test automation and integrations</p><p></p><p><br>
6. Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for NetSuite implementation and optimization.</p><p></p><p><br>
7. Conduct sessions with the customer, attend project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.</p><p></p><p><br>
8. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</p><p></p><p><br>
9. Perform administrator activities such as role setup, user setup, monitoring, deployment of enhancements and partner bundles, etc.</p><p></p><p><br>
10. Responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions using the Oracle NetSuite platform.</p><p></p><p><br>
Skill Required:</p><p></p><p><br>
1. Should have worked on atleast 3-4end-to-end implementation experiences.</p><p></p><p><br>
2. Experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, or Retail.</p><p></p><p><br>
1. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite modules including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Fixed Assets (FA/FAM), covering Chart Of Accounts (COA), General Ledger, Multi-Book Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Advanced Financials, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Reporting.</p><p></p><p><br>
3.Familiarity with additional modules like Project Management (Pgm), Manufacturing, E-commerce, and Advanced Revenue Management is a plus.</p><p></p><p><br>
4.Experience in managing client relationships during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.</p><p></p><p><br>
5.Ability to train clients and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</p><p></p><p><br>
6.Commitment to continuous learning, including pursuing relevant certifications and deepening product knowledge.</p><p></p><p><br>
7.Proven ability to deliver training and facilitate workshops effectively.</p><p></p><p><br>
Educational Qualifications:</p><p></p><p><br>
1. Minimum CA - Qualified, Certified, CPA, ACCA , Equivalent</p><p></p><p><br>
2. At least 6+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite configuration, consulting, and administration.</p><p></p><p><br>
3. Preferred NetSuite certifications: ERP Consultant, Administrator.</p><p></p><p><br>
4. Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and change management skills.</p><p></p><p><br>
5. Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p></p><p><br>
