Experience Required: Above 10 years experience in Electrical maintenance department.Primary Roles and Responsibilities1&middot;Maintenance Planning and Scheduling:<ul><li>Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and machinery.</li><li>Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime of equipment.</li><li>Organize regular inspections and audits of electrical systems.</li></ul>2. Supervision of Maintenance Activities:<ul><li>Supervise and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians or engineers.</li><li>Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.</li><li>Ensure that team members follow maintenance procedures and protocols.</li></ul>3. Troubleshooting and Repairs:<ul><li>Oversee the troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults and breakdowns.</li><li>Ensure that repairs are performed promptly to minimize production or operational disruptions.</li><li>Identify root causes of recurring electrical issues and implement corrective actions.</li></ul>4. Compliance and Safety:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with local, national, and international electrical codes and safety standards.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.</li><li>Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect workers from electrical hazards.</li></ul>5. Budget and Cost Management:<ul><li>Prepare and manage the budget for electrical maintenance activities.</li><li>Monitor and control expenses related to maintenance, repair, and procurement of parts.</li><li>Optimize the use of resources and reduce costs while maintaining the reliability of electrical systems.</li></ul>6. Inventory Management:<ul><li>Maintain adequate stock levels of electrical parts and components.</li><li>Order and procure necessary materials, ensuring the availability of essential spare parts.</li><li>Organize the inventory and ensure the proper storage of materials.</li></ul>7. Project Management:<ul><li>Oversee electrical installation projects or upgrades.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.</li><li>Monitor the progress of projects and ensure they stay within budget and on schedule.</li></ul>8. Documentation and Reporting:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.</li><li>Generate and review maintenance reports for senior management.</li><li>Prepare detailed reports for equipment performance and maintenance status.</li></ul>9. Training and Development:<ul><li>Provide training to staff on electrical systems, equipment, and safety procedures.</li><li>Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in electrical maintenance.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.</li></ul>10.
