The Highway Sign Installer is responsible for creating and installing roadway signs, preparing, repairing
and installation of traffic signs and pavement marking on highways, bridges, bicycle paths and other various
roadways. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance and procedures
and safety guidelines.
Essential Job Functions:

Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications</li><li>
Transportation of materials, tools and equipment to/from installation sites</li><li>
Cut materials to specified sizes for installation by use of power tools</li><li>
Assemble and install signs adjacent to high-volume roadways using pneumatic tools and equipment ensuring that signs are placed in proper locations</li><li>
Ability to drive a vehicle properly and safely</li><li>
Ability to operate tools properly and safely</li><li>
Ability to set up traffic control if required</li><li>
Ability to safely lift, move, or carry objects weighing 50 lbs.</li><li>
This position requires a valid and clean drivers&rsquo; license</li><li>
Highway Sign assembly and installation experience preferred</li><li>

HIGHWAY SIGN INSTALLER

This Highway Guardrail Installer position requires performing a variety of tasks related to highway maintenance and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, company policies and procedures and safety guidelines. This position requires a valid driver's license.
Essential Job Functions: Includes, but is not limited to, the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary by management personnel to contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<ul><li>
Reading of plans and schematics.</li><li>
Layout of Highway Guardrail.</li><li>
Handling and installing all of the materials for guardrail installation.</li><li>
Loading and unloading materials on a flat-bed truck and/or trailer by hand, digging holes, using power tools, etc.</li><li>
Operation of Post Pounder/Driver Truck.</li><li>
Drive long distances to deliver materials to jobsites in a timely manner.</li><li>
Load, unload and record cargo deliveries. Maintain paperwork.</li><li>
Refuel and clean vehicle.</li><li>
Inspect trucks and record issues. Report road incidents to the dispatcher and report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel.</li><li>
Follow traffic laws and follow accident procedures.</li><li>
Plan routes using GPS system.</li><li>

Desired Qualifications:<ul><li>
3-5 years guardrail installation</li><li>
Proven work experience as a truck driver with extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations</li><li>
Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc.)</li><li>
Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly</li><li>
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.)</li></ul>

Guardrail Installer Driver

<div>Description:

The Claims Coordinator is responsible for processing for all auto, equipment, and property damage claims. This role ensures that claims are managed efficiently, fairly, and in compliance with company policies, legal regulations, state/federal laws, and industry standards. The role provides direct administrative support to the Safety Director and Safety Department in achieving Safety and Loss Control objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Claims Management &amp; Oversight:<ul><li>
Oversee the automobile, equipment, and property damage claims process from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely reporting, investigating, and accurate processing.</li><li>
Review and assess claims. Investigate, gather evidence, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and other parties as needed.</li><li>
Review claim details and determine liability and coverage for all claims including Property Damage, and Auto losses.</li><li>
Negotiate settlements while minimizing financial risk and ensuring fair outcomes for all parties.</li><li>
Process insurance payments and provide accurate record-keeping of all claims</li></ul>
Administrative Support:<ul><li>
Through administrative tasks, support the Safety Director in all aspects of delivering the Safety Program goals and objectives.</li><li>
Administration of online training assignments, reports and tracking of all safety related training.</li><li>
Assist as needed with the purchase and delivery of safety uniforms and safety program materials.</li><li>
Generate and maintain excel-based performance dashboards and reports using data from multiple sources. Confirm accuracy of data, resolve discrepancies, and mine trends using graphs, charts, and analytics.</li><li>
Assist with meeting, training, and event coordination.</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree in business administration preferred.</li><li>
3-5 years relevant work experience in insurance claims or a similar role. Florida 6-20 claims adjuster license or equivalent preferred.</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
Experience with claim handling and occupational safety programs.</li><li>
Experience with insurance, legal, and litigation preferred.</li></ul>
