 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the packaging sector.
 
 
 &bull; Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets ranging from 100,000 to 500,000 AED.
 
 
 &bull; Promote and sell our range of packaging solutions to restaurants and other businesses.
 
 
 &bull; Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in the packaging industry.
 
 
 &bull; Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 
 
 &bull; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 
 
 &bull; A strong portfolio demonstrating past sales achievements is preferred.
 
 
 
 
 
 Compensation and Benefits:
 
 
 &bull; 2% commission on sales.
 
 
 &bull; Monthly fuel allowance.
 
 
 &bull; Visa sponsorship provided by the company (or own visa is fine).

 Roles and Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Driving Sales:
 
 
 
  Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&amp;L goals
 
 
  Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV, and other KPIs
 
 
  Manage website content to align with monthly promotions, seasonal promotions and overall marketing strategy
 
 
 
 Monitoring Brand performance:
 
 
 
  Negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance
 
 
  Secure Margins in line with overall guidance
 
 
  Plan and execute brand campaigns across various platforms and take corrective actions to stay on course of the plan
 
 
  Meet the plan for recognition and awareness of accountable brands
 
 
  Report performance against key metrics in approved formats
 
 
 
 Improve customer experience and retention:
 
 
 
  Develop processes and procedures to drive customer retention
 
 
  Drive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation and increased efficiency.
 
 
  Analyse user experience across channels and touch points through web analytics and determine potential improvements
