Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR and Administration department.</li><li>Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring timely responses.</li><li>Prepare, review, and maintain documents such as contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.</li><li>Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.</li><li>Maintain an organized filing system for physical and electronic records.</li><li>Support HR functions including employee documentation, leave records, and onboarding processes.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for administrative requirements.</li><li>Monitor office supplies, prepare requisitions, and liaise with procurement for timely replenishment.</li><li>Handle travel arrangements, visa applications, and accommodation bookings for staff when required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (preferred).</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
