Clinicians are not expected to work with every population and may shape their caseload based on training, interests, and capacity. A trauma-informed approach is highly sought after for this position.Common presenting concerns include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family conflict, mood disorders, personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), ADHD, and life transitions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide psychotherapy via secure telehealth to populations aligned with your training</li><li>Complete clinical documentation in a timely and ethical manner</li><li>Maintain professional, legal, and ethical standards</li><li>Participate in consultation and professional development</li><li>Attend regular team meetings to review case load and general business affairs.</li><li>Maintain active licensure in Maryland and/or Delaware</li><li>Work until 6:00PM at least two nights per week</li></ul>QualificationsMust Have:<ul><li>Active, unrestricted license (LCSW-C, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)</li><li>Licensed to practice independently</li><li>Licensed in Maryland and/or Delaware</li><li>Experience providing psychotherapy</li><li>Comfortable working independently in a remote setting</li><li>Reliable computer</li><li>Strong internet connection</li><li>Strong computer skills</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Trauma-informed orientation</li><li>Experience with EMDR, DBT, CBT, or family systems</li><li>Ability to work with families, couple, and/or children.</li><li>Interest in ongoing learning and specialized training</li><li>Prior telehealth experience</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>100% remote / telehealth role</li><li>Flexible scheduling designed to support work&ndash;life balance</li><li>Thoughtfully sized caseloads to reduce burnout</li><li>Steady client referrals (no marketing required)</li><li>Administrative and billing support</li><li>Paid opportunities for specialized training and continuing education</li><li>Supportive, therapist-led practice culture</li></ul>About the PracticeWe are a small, therapist-run private practice providing telehealth therapy to adults, children, couples, and families across Maryland and Delaware. This role was intentionally created by a practicing therapist to prioritize work&ndash;life balance, sustainable caseloads, and ethical clinical care.Our practice is strongly trauma-informed in our clinical work. We emphasize safety, pacing, and attuned care with clients, recognizing that many individuals we serve present with complex trauma, dissociation, grief, and nervous system dysregulation. Clinicians are encouraged to work thoughtfully and intentionally rather than feeling pressure to rush treatment or maintain unsustainable productivity expectations.Burnout prevention is built into how this position is structured. We believe therapists do their best work when they are supported, trusted, and given autonomy, and when their clinical judgment is respected.Ongoing learning and professional growth are highly valued.
