Overtime always available at enhanced rate.No Agencies Please.Due to an increase in workload a position is available for an experienced and skilful time served sheet metal worker/fabricators. Overtime available paid at enhanced rate.Job DescriptionYou will have:<ul><li>Time served Sheet Metal Worker/Fabricator (4 year apprenticeship completed)</li><li>TIG welding.</li><li>Ability to work from drawings.</li><li>Have experience in thin gauge materials</li><li>Be able to measure and cut materials accurately.</li><li>Work as part of a team.</li><li>Possess excellent communication skills and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask.</li></ul>Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:<ul><li>To carry out all welding operations and fabricate as required</li><li>Grinding and polishing of work</li><li>Fabricating from basic drawings</li><li>Must be able to weld thin gauge material ranging from 1.2mm to 10mm</li><li>Maintaining a safe and tidy workplace and reporting any faults/hazards, in accordance with Company Health and Safety requirement</li></ul>Food industry knowledge would be to an advantage but not essential as experience will be gained over time.Job Type: Full-timePay: &pound;17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Company pension</li></ul>Application question(s):<ul><li>Time served sheet metal worker</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Tig Welding: 5 years (required)</li><li>Fabrication: 4 years (required)</li></ul>Licence/Certification:<ul><li>Driving Licence (preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
