Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Full-Time | In-Person | Horsham, PAAcre Windows &amp; Doors is seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Assistant to join our team. This is a diverse, hands-on role where you&rsquo;ll manage day-to-day marketing tasks, help run campaigns, and represent our brand both online and in person.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Manage social media posting, including Reels, stories, and videos.</li><li>Design marketing materials in Canva for email, social, and print.</li><li>Take ownership of email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar): newsletters, automation, reporting.</li><li>Coordinate direct mail campaigns (design, production, and mailing logistics).</li><li>Write blog posts and update website content to support SEO and lead generation.</li><li>Coordinate multichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising), and print advertising.</li><li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize future efforts.</li><li>Create and schedule Google My Business updates to boost local visibility.</li><li>Visit customer job sites to capture photos, videos, and testimonials.</li><li>Collect and organize customer testimonials for marketing use.</li><li>Support consultants and the marketing director by taking meeting notes and tracking projects.</li><li>Research new marketing opportunities (events, partnerships, publications).</li><li>Assist with answering phones and providing friendly customer support as needed.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of marketing, communications, or content creation experience.</li><li>Strong Canva skills and confidence creating video content.</li><li>Experience with email automation tools like Mailchimp.</li><li>Excellent writing skills for blogs, email, and web copy.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.</li><li>Comfortable working in-office full time and occasionally traveling locally for job site visits.</li><li>Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Salary $40,000&ndash;$50,000, based on experience.</li><li>Full-time, in-person role at our Horsham, PA office.</li><li>A supportive, entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter.</li><li>Career growth potential in a fast-growing, family-owned Premier Andersen Certified Contractor.</li></ul>Apply today with your resume and a short sample of your work (social posts, design, or writing)Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Why are you a good fit for this position?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Email marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Horsham, PA 19044 (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
