 Position Overview
 
 
 
 The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays an important role in supporting business performance through the delivery of commercially focused, pragmatic HR advice. The role works closely with business leaders and HR functional teams (Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR Operations) to support the delivery of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
 
 
 Success in this role is underpinned by a strong understanding of the business and the ability to build effective working relationships with leaders and employees. Through this partnership, the HRBP provides practical, solutions-oriented guidance that supports commercial outcomes, employee experience, and effective risk management.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The primary purpose of this role is to support leaders and employees by providing expert advice and guidance across a broad range of HR matters. This includes delivering pragmatic, commercially aligned people solutions that reflect business strategy, growth plans, HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, and best practice.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities Include

 Leading and supporting employee relations matters, providing commercially aware guidance while managing risk and ensuring fair, consistent outcomes.

 Applying employment legislation pragmatically and educating managers to mitigate risk and avoid potential litigation.

 Supporting annual salary and bonus review processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partnering with leaders to deliver annual and cyclical talent processes, including Talent Reviews and 9-box assessments, providing insight, challenge, and calibration to support effective decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translating talent review outcomes into actionable development, retention, and succession plans aligned with business priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting identification of critical roles, high-potential talent, and key risk areas, and partnering with Talent Development to address capability gaps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and guidance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting the implementation of HR initiatives, change programs, and process improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interpreting HR data (e.g., exit interview insights) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and contributing to evidence-based recommendations.
 </li>

 Supporting the embedding of a new HRIS (Workday) and driving adoption of employee and manager self-service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to HR projects and initiatives, and undertaking other relevant activities as reasonably requested.

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 4&ndash;6 years' experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally within insurance, reinsurance, or financial/professional services.
 </li>

 Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience advising on performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, absence management, and broader employee relations, including terminations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and manage stakeholders at all levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 HR certification (e.g., SHRM) preferred but not required.

 The Role
 
 
 
 The Data Intelligence team is chartered with advancing data driven decision making across Acrisure. As a member of the Data Intelligence Team, you will be responsible for leading the requirements gathering, design, implementation and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilities for Finance and Accounting Business Functions.  5+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Professional serving the finance and accounting business functions.

 A passion for building remarkable things with data.

 Demonstrated ability to be a data storyteller and can go deep in building data visualizations and reporting using third party tools (Tableau and PowerBI).

 Strong understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices.

 Proficiency working with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand process and translate them to data and create/evaluate associated KPIs.

The Case Manager Assistant plays a key support role on the Telephonic Case Management team by helping case managers stay organized, responsive, and efficient. This position focuses on administrative coordination, documentation support, outbound/inbound communication, and tracking next steps so cases move forward smoothly and timely.
