Business development Manager&ndash; Fit Out &amp; FurnitureResponsibilities<ul><li>Manage and develop strong client relationships while generating new sales leads and enquiries.</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups with clients through excellent customer service.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of quotations and proposals.</li><li>Engage with clients effectively to sell the company&rsquo;s services, maximizing profitability and revenue.</li><li>Achieve target-based sales in both Fit-Out Projects and Furniture.</li><li>Brief Project Managers once projects are secured and assist with communications until contract handover.</li><li>Coordinate with the finance team to follow up on client payments and maintain steady project cash flow.</li><li>Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of sales experience in fit-out/interior projects in the UAE, preferably in turnkey interiors, commercial real estate, event management, or construction.</li><li>Proven track record of success in the interiors industry with strong client handling skills.</li><li>Well-connected and experienced in networking within the real estate development, construction, and design/architecture community in Dubai or the wider UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the UAE market with a history of success in competitive sales environments.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>UAE driving license is mandatory.</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract, PermanentPay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Sales: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>Application Deadline: 26/09/2025 Expected Start Date: 06/10/2025
