 Glazing Project Manager
 
 who values collaboration, takes ownership of their projects, and takes pride in delivering quality work on time and on budget.
 
 
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage glazing projects from award through closeout (submittals, procurement, scheduling, installation oversight)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with estimating, fabrication, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Review shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs; interface with GCs, architects, and inspectors
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor job costs, track change orders, and manage subcontractor coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct site visits for progress reviews, quality control, and problem resolution
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain project documentation (schedules, logs, photos, as-builts)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Typical Project Load
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage 5-10 concurrent projects ranging from $100K to $2M+
 </li>
 <li>
 Mix of new construction, renovation, and specialty installations
 </li>
 </ul>

 Required Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years commercial glazing project management (curtainwall, storefront, interior glass)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient with
 
 construction project management software
 
 (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Buildertrend, or equivalent platforms with submittal/RFI tracking)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of glazing systems, installation sequences, and field challenges
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read architectural drawings, specs, and shop drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver's license; willingness to travel to job sites throughout New England
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Not Required, But a Plus
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Software:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Bluebeam Revu
 
 for plan markup, takeoffs, and submittal coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Microsoft Project
 
 or Primavera P6 for scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with
 
 monday.com, ClickUp, or Smartsheet
 
 for workflow tracking, bid management, and team collaboration
 </li>
 <li>
 
 CAD experience
 
 (AutoCAD, Revit) a plus for reviewing shop drawings and coordination
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with major glazing systems (Kawneer, YKK AP, OldCastle, Viracon)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of fire-rated glazing, blast-resistant systems, or specialty glass applications
 </li>
 <li>
 OSHA 30 or other safety certifications
 </li>
 </ul>
