<p>
Under the supervision of the District Reporting Officer (DRO), the Data Assistant will support the implementation of the Benazir Nashonuma Programme (BNP) by collecting, entering, verifying, managing, and reporting programme data. The incumbent will ensure the accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and timely submission of data and reports in accordance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and programme guidelines.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Collect, compile, and enter programme data into the Management Information System (MIS) and other designated project databases.</li>
<li>Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data received from field teams before data entry and reporting.</li>
<li>Maintain and regularly update beneficiary records, registration data, and programme databases to ensure data integrity.</li>
<li>Generate and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and other periodic reports for programme management and decision-making.</li>
<li>Conduct routine data validation, cleaning, and verification to ensure high standards of data quality.</li>
<li>Maintain organized, accurate, and secure electronic and hard-copy records in accordance with organizational data management procedures.</li>
<li>Provide technical support to field teams on data collection, data entry, reporting tools, and documentation requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate with programme staff to identify and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information.</li>
<li>Ensure the confidentiality, security, and appropriate handling of beneficiary and programme data at all times.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing dashboards, data summaries, statistical reports, and presentations as required by programme management.</li>
<li>Support monitoring, evaluation, verification, and audit activities by providing complete, accurate, and timely data and supporting documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, data protection standards, and programme reporting guidelines.</li>
<li>Perform any other programme-related duties assigned by the District Reporting Officer (DRO) or Supervisor.</li>
</ul><p><b>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, Social Sciences, or another relevant discipline from a recognized institution.</li>
<li>Minimum <b>2 years of relevant experience</b> in data management, data entry, MIS, reporting, or database management, preferably in humanitarian or development programmes.</li>
<li>Experience working with donor-funded projects, WFP, BISP, NGOs, or INGOs will be considered an advantage.</li>
</ul><p><b>Required Skills &amp; Competencies</b></p>
<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office applications.</li>
<li>Experience using Management Information Systems (MIS), databases, and digital data collection platforms.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data quality assurance, validation, and reporting processes.</li>

<p>
Under the supervision of the Facilitation Centre Coordinator, the Anthropometry Assistant will be responsible for conducting high-quality anthropometric assessments, maintaining accurate programme records, providing nutrition counselling and Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC), and supporting beneficiary services in accordance with Benazir Nashonuma Programme (BNP) protocols. The incumbent will ensure quality service delivery, accurate reporting, and compliance with programme and organizational standards.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul><li>Conduct accurate anthropometric assessments, including MUAC, weight, height/length, and oedema screening for children and Pregnant and Lactating Women (PLWs) in accordance with BNP protocols and quality standards.</li>
<li>Maintain and update TSFP, SAM/MAM, anthropometric registers, referral slips, and other programme records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.</li>
<li>Provide nutrition counselling and deliver Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) sessions on maternal, infant and young child nutrition, hygiene practices, health-seeking behaviours, and the appropriate use of Specialized Nutritious Food (SNF).</li>
<li>Ensure all anthropometric equipment is functional, calibrated, clean, safely stored, and readily available for service delivery.</li>
<li>Support the Facilitation Centre Coordinator in preparing and submitting daily, weekly, monthly, and Monthly Data Review (MDR) reports with complete and accurate data.</li>
<li>Assist in managing beneficiary flow and crowd management to ensure organized, efficient, and beneficiary-friendly service delivery.</li>
<li>Support identification, follow-up, documentation, and referral tracking of defaulters and due cases, particularly Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) and Moderate Acute Malnutrition (MAM) beneficiaries.</li>
<li>Coordinate effectively with Facilitation Centre staff, health facility personnel, community stakeholders, and beneficiaries to facilitate smooth programme implementation.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with programme guidelines, safeguarding principles, infection prevention and control measures, occupational health and safety standards, and organizational policies.</li>
<li>Perform any other programme-related duties assigned by the Facilitation Centre Coordinator or Supervisor.</li>
</ul><p><b>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, Food Science, Nursing, or another relevant health-related discipline from a recognized institution.</li>
<li>Minimum <b>1&ndash;2 years of relevant experience</b> in anthropometric screening, nutrition programmes, CMAM, TSFP, maternal and child health, or humanitarian/development programmes.</li>
<li>Previous experience with the Benazir Nashonuma Programme (BNP), WFP-supported programmes, UNICEF, or government health and nutrition initiatives will be an added advantage.</li>
</ul><p><b>Required Skills &amp; Competencies</b></p>
<ul><li>Sound knowledge of anthropometric measurement techniques and nutrition screening.</li>
<li>Familiarity with CMAM, TSFP, SAM/MAM case management, and nutrition counselling.</li>

1. Kitchen Operations Management</p>
