ACT PLAST PAINTS PVT LTD

<ul><li>Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of paintshop equipment (e.g., pre-treatment plants, spray booths, ovens, conveyors, robots, and wastewater treatment systems).</li><li>Ensure availability and reliability of paintshop equipment to meet production targets.</li><li>Analyze recurring failures and implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, and process teams for process improvements and optimization of paint consumption and equipment efficiency.</li><li>Manage paintshop automation systems (robots, PLCs, SCADA, sensors, conveyors).</li><li>Maintain spare parts inventory, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.</li><li>Oversee operation and maintenance of utilities such as compressors, chillers, boilers, air dryers, cooling towers, RO plants, and HVAC systems.</li><li>Monitor utility consumption (power, water, compressed air, nitrogen, etc.) and ensure energy efficiency and cost optimization.</li><li>Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules and statutory inspections (e.g., boiler, pressure vessel, air receivers).</li><li>Ensure availability of utilities to meet production demands.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 4 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
