The role involves patient and family interaction, coordination with clinical teams, referral development, and admissions support. The PRO plays a key role in improving visibility, building trusted healthcare networks, and supporting ethical admissions through clear and compassionate communication.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient &amp; Family Interaction<ul><li>Act as the first point of contact for patients and families</li><li>Explain services, treatments, and admission processes clearly</li><li>Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and confidentiality</li><li>Coordinate with clinical teams for appropriate family communication</li></ul>Clinician &amp; Caregiver Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and caregivers</li><li>Stay informed about treatment modalities and service availability</li><li>Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders</li></ul>Sales &amp; Admissions Support<ul><li>Handle enquiries and guide clients through admissions</li><li>Present Mindport&rsquo;s premium care model with clarity and trust</li><li>Maintain healthy enquiry-to-admission conversion</li><li>Track enquiries, follow-ups, and performance metrics</li></ul>Referral Network Development<ul><li>Build referral relationships with doctors across specialties</li><li>Connect with therapists, counsellors, NGOs, wellness centres, and HR teams</li><li>Develop interstate referral networks</li><li>Represent Mindport in medical forums and community programs</li></ul>External Communication &amp; PR<ul><li>Communicate Mindport&rsquo;s value proposition effectively</li><li>Support awareness campaigns and hospital tie-ups</li><li>Coordinate with marketing teams for communication materials</li><li>Maintain Mindport&rsquo;s image as a compassionate, premium facility</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of referrals and admissions</li><li>Submit weekly and monthly performance reports</li><li>Support management in outreach and strategy planning</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; SkillsEducation<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Management, Life Sciences, or related fields</li><li>Training in counselling, healthcare communication, or sales is an advantage</li></ul>Core Skills<ul><li>Strong compassion and sensitivity to mental health needs</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ethical persuasion and relationship-building ability</li><li>Willingness to travel within and outside Kerala</li><li>Strong organisation and reporting skills</li></ul>Language Requirements<ul><li>English &amp; Malayalam &ndash; Mandatory</li><li>Hindi or Tamil &ndash; Working proficiency in at least one required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
