Job Overview:We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who is analytical, results-driven, and passionate about paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more to meet client objectives.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, set up, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms</li></ul>Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and optimize for key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPL, etc.)<ul><li>Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad placements, and bidding strategies</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze data and generate actionable insights and reports for clients and internal stakeholders</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages</li></ul><ul><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and platform algorithms</li></ul><ul><li>Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Executive (1&ndash;3 years) in a digital agency or brand</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret data to optimize campaigns</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM parameters, and audience segmentation</li></ul><ul><li>Understanding of SEO, funnel building, and landing page optimization is a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
