HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.</li><li>
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.</li><li>
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.</li><li>
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.</li><li>
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.</li></ul>
HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Compensation and Schedule:<ul><li>
Pay Range: $90 - $120/hour</li><li>
Part-Time: 9 hours/week</li><li>
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability</li><li>
Location: Hagerston, MD</li></ul> 
HYBRID Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.</li><li>
Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License required.</li><li>
Ability to provide 25% of services in-person in Hagerstown, MD - required.</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.</li><li>
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.</li><li>
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.</li></ul>
