Security</b> Clearance: Secret <i>(US Citizenship required for eligibility)</i></p><div><b>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Install software releases, perform system upgrades, evaluate and apply patches, and resolve software-related issues</li><li>
Perform system backups and recovery operations</li><li>
Maintain data files and monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity</li></ul><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Entry Level: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree and at least 12 months of experience; 5+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li><li>
Mid Level: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree and 2&ndash;6 years of system administration experience; 5+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li><li>
Senior Level: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree and 10+ years of system administration experience; 5+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li><li>
Active Secret Clearance</li><li>
DoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent)</li></ul><div><p>

System Administrator

<div><p><b>Join ActioNet </b>as a Site Technician supporting enterprise IT operations in a dynamic environment. This role requires an active Secret Clearance and hands-on experience with troubleshooting, networking, and Microsoft technologies.</p><p><b>

Basic Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair client computing devices and peripherals</li><li>
Install and troubleshoot networking equipment including switches and wireless access points</li><li>
Manage users and endpoints using Microsoft Active Directory and endpoint management platforms</li><li>
Administer and support Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 environments</li><li>
Utilize Microsoft PowerShell to automate administrative tasks</li><li>
Use IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems to track incidents and service requests</li><li>
Active Secret Clearance</li><li>
DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE) or equivalent baseline cybersecurity certification</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Experience with endpoint configuration management platforms (e.g., SCCM/MECM)</li><li>
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Intune</li><li>
1&ndash;3 years of experience in an IT-related field</li></ul><div>
