<p><b>
Position Summary:</b> ACF is seeking qualified and motivated enumerators to support data collection for Post Distribution Monitoring in Shangla KPK. The Enumerators will be responsible for conducting structured household interviews, ensuring high data quality and adherence to protocols. This is a field-intensive, short-term assignment ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Conduct household interviews using structured questionnaires</li>
<li>Collect accurate and complete data using digital data collection tools</li>
<li>Ensure data quality and adherence to survey protocols</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards during data collection</li>
<li>Report daily progress to the survey supervisor</li>
<li>Participate in pre-survey training and briefing sessions</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Ensure compliance with ACFs gender equality, child protection sensitivity and Safeguarding policies:</b></p>
<p>
This position is responsible for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Read and ensure a full understanding of ACFs Gender, Child Protection and other safeguarding policies</li>
<li>Implement all work related activities with a gender, inclusion and child protection lens</li>
<li>Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged according to their gender or limited due to manageable disability.</li>
<li>Follow COVID-19 and other safety protocols during field activities.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p>
<p><b>
Essential:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Preference given to Local residence in target areas (Shangla)</li>
<li>Previous experience in Baseline, Endline, PDM, or SMART surveys</li>
<li>Proficiency in Kobo Collect and other digital data collection tools</li>
<li>Strong communication skills in local languages (Pashto/Urdu)</li>
<li>Good working knowledge of English language</li>
<li>Understanding of local culture and community dynamics</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent qualification</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively both in team and independently</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Desirable:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with humanitarian organizations</li>
<li>Knowledge of refugee and host community contexts</li>
<li>Basic smartphone/tablet operation skills</li>
<li>Priority given to local candidates having good understanding of the Local context with demonstrated experience in humanitarian data collection.</li>
