<div>We are looking for a motivated, top-notch Claims Specialist who wants to be a part of a stellar team and deliver exceptional results. We are a smart, fun place to work. Simply put - we are different, and we aim to be the best. The right candidate will be a natural self-starter with extremely strong attention to detail. We will train on specific task items listed below, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.</div><br>

<div><b>Qualifications</b><b>:</b></div>
<ul><li>1-2 years of previous job experience</li>
<li>1-2 years of medical record/auditing experience highly preferred</li>
<li>Proactive and positive team player with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Performs appropriate follow-up activities on timesheet audits</li>
<li>Takes necessary action to ensure timely resolution with claims</li>
<li>Prioritizes and completes all work in an accurate, effective, and efficient manner</li>
<li>Performs detailed follow-up activities on assigned patients/centers according to procedures</li>
<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and able to meet daily goals</li>
<li>Enjoys being a team player</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel and Word</li></ul><br>

</b></p><ul><li><b>Metrics &amp; Financials:</b> Monthly tracking of KPIs, Clinic Budgets and Team Performance.</li>
<li><b>Community Engagement: </b>Establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding journey.</li>
<li><b>Team Leadership:</b> Attract, Engage &amp; Retain 25-50 teammates who deliver on Clinical Excellence.
<ul><li>Conduct Performance Evaluation, Corrective Actions and Development Plans.</li>
<li>Plan Monthly &amp; Quarterly Team Events and Celebrations!

<p><b>What you will bring to ABC:</b></p>
<ul><li>At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and /or district management.</li>
<li>Bachelors or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.</li>
<li>High EQ - we work with kids with developmental delays and their families.</li>
<li>Strong and professional communication style among Department Leaders.</li>
<li>An Impact Player who will give an amazing experience to all teammates &amp; families! Someone who is never afraid to run to the fire and save the day!</li>
</ul><p><b>Physical Requirements:</b></p>
<ul><li>Ability to sit, stand, and walk and assume a variety of positions (i.e. bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching at or above shoulder level, and reaching overhead.)</li>
<li>Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds</li>
