</ul>What you will be doing at ABC:
<ul><li>Metrics &amp; Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, Clinic Budgets and Team Performance.</li>
<li>Community Engagement: Establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding journey.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Attract, Engage &amp; Retain 25-50 teammates who deliver on Clinical Excellence.
<ul><li>Conduct Performance Evaluation, Corrective Actions and Development Plans.</li>
<li>Plan Monthly &amp; Quarterly Team Events and Celebrations!
</li></ul></li><li>Clinical Outcomes: Partner with your Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director &amp; Department Leaders on Operations Quality.</li>
</ul>
What you will bring to ABC:
<ul><li>At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and /or district management.</li>
<li>Bachelors or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.</li>
<li>High EQ - we work with kids with developmental delays and their families.</li>
<li>Strong and professional communication style among Department Leaders.</li>
<li>An Impact Player who will give an amazing experience to all teammates &amp; families! Someone who is never afraid to run to the fire and save the day!</li>
</ul>Physical Requirements:
<ul><li>Ability to sit, stand, and walk and assume a variety of positions (i.e. bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching at or above shoulder level, and reaching overhead.)</li>
<li>Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to maintain near and far visual acuity</li>
<li>Must be able to be physically present at assigned job location</li>
<li>Ability to properly wear necessary PPE</li>
<li>Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech or other sounds</li>
<li>Exposure to moderate-to-loud level of noise on a frequent bases</li>
<li>Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequence</li>
<li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standard.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards</li>
