<div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></h3>
<div><ul><li>Partners with all ABC Teammates, including ABA therapists, Operations Managers, Clinical Directors and leaders alike to provide ongoing support, coaching and guidance on all things related to Teammate Experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for Teammate attraction, engagement and retention. Creates connections with Teammates in an effort to increase communication and understanding on the overall ABC value proposition. Responsible for meeting KPIs related to Teammate retention in their region.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supports and drives Teammate engagement; creating connections with Teammates and leaders, evaluating centers and developing center-level insights. Establishes action plans and is responsible for project managing center-based interventions alongside leadership. Monitors center trends, pulse and interventions and proactively develops broader interventions to increase teammate engagement and retention.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Implements short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for responding to Teammate-relations inquiries in their territory (e.g. HR investigations, HR concerns, conflict resolution, performance management and team development). Listens and uses high EQ skills to solve teammate concerns / issues on the spot. Successful in impacting workplace happiness and engagement.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supports in the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and programs designed to minimize and mediate workplace disputes, and to foster a positive and productive work environment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Responsible for the Human Resources Teammate related function, ensuring that all services to patient departments are effective, cohesive, consistent with the needs and objectives of the various client departments, as well as the institution as a whole.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assists the administration functions of insurance, retirement, and other benefits programs; responds to teammate inquiries as well as evaluates and develops recommendations for improvements to faculty and staff employer-sponsored benefit programs.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Requirement to spend 75% of time in centers, which requires travel between local centers.</li></ul>
</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Minimum Job Requirements:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Human Resources or related field and 1+ years of human resources experience including a leadership role pertaining to policies and compliance.</li>
<li>Candidate must be located around the DFW region.</li>
<li>Ability to travel up to 75% to centers, reliable transportation.</li>

<ul><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.</li>

<li>Skill in examining and interpreting policy implementation to understand impact to Teammate and business.</li>

<li>Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs.</li>

<ul><li>Make a Difference Every Day: Action Behavior Centers hires caring people to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills.</li>
<li>Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (predictable daytime hours - no nights). Optional Saturdays available based on patient needs</li>
<li>Position Type: Full-Time</li>
<li>Location: 9570 W 159th St, Orland Park, IL 60467</li>
<li>Start Date: Immediate openings available</li>
<li>Hiring Quickly: We typically respond to applications within 24 hours, so please keep an eye on your phone and email for interview scheduling.</li>
<li>Training: No experience necessary. We provide paid training and fully cover your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.</li>
<li>Experience That&rsquo;s a PLUS (not required): Childcare experience such as nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, camp counselor or tutor. Mental health roles such as QMHP or behavioral health technician. Paraprofessionals, caregivers, and life skills assistants. Psychology, Child Development, or any Health Sciences degrees.</li>

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree: $17.50&ndash;$27 per hour</li>
<li>Master&rsquo;s Degree: $19&ndash;$28 per hour</li>

</ul><div><b>What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing:</b> You&rsquo;ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. In this role, you will:</div>
<ul><li>Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data</li>
<li>Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities</li>
<li>Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment</li>
<li>Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed</li>
