The Role</b></h2><p>
We're looking for a dependable, friendly PRN Receptionist to provide front desk coverage on an as-needed basis. This is a flexible, supplemental position with no guaranteed hours &mdash; typically 0&ndash;16 hours per month depending on coverage needs.</p><p>
As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You'll Do</b></h2><ul><li>
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and welcoming manner</li><li>
Answer and direct incoming phone calls</li><li>
Sign in visitors and manage front desk traffic</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized reception area</li><li>
Provide general administrative support as needed</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Bring</b></h2><ul><li>
Prior receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly</li><li>
Reliability and reasonable responsiveness to scheduling requests</li></ul><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Schedule</b></h2><p>
Shifts may be scheduled in advance or with short notice. Employees are not required to accept every shift but are expected to be reasonably available.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
