 Communications Executive
 
 to work between our office and client&rsquo;s office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The client operates in the tech industry.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Role Description:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a key link between the client and the agency, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage social media channels - posting, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and supporting monitoring team on building performance report.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in creating and localizing social media content in both English and Arabic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with media outreach, interview coordination, and handling press requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide on-site support during client events - managing requests, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring flawless execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal agency teams to deliver client requirements on time and to the highest standard.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor media coverage and prepare reports.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge and Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-2 years&rsquo; experience in a communications, PR, or marketing agency.
 </li>
 <li>
 At least one year experience as a communications executive in KSA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing social media accounts and posting content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in handling client accounts, including event support and media interaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Native or bilingual in Arabic language.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English (written and spoken) will be considered an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 As per current visa and regulatory requirements, this position is limited to Saudi nationals.
 </li>
