We help brands plan smart, produce great work, and launch with impact.Role summaryCoordinate clear, timely proposals and run smooth, well-prepared activations, working with specialists across strategy, creative, production, and suppliers.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Turn client briefs into concise proposal outlines: scope, timelines, deliverables, and next steps.</li><li>Gather inputs from strategy, creative, copy, media, and production and shape them into client-ready decks.</li><li>Build costing sheets with margin checks; align with finance; raise POs.</li><li>Source and compare supplier quotes (print, fabrication, AV, venues, merch); keep an organised light vendor list.</li><li>Plan the activation: run-of-show, checklists, permits, vendor coordination, and on-site supervision.</li><li>Keep everyone aligned with short status updates, tidy files, and version control.</li><li>Wrap up: photos/links, basic results, and invoice reconciliation.</li></ul>How we work (so the job stays focused)<ul><li>You coordinate specialists, you&rsquo;re not expected to design, edit, or shoot.</li><li>We scale with trusted vendors for builds and staffing, you&rsquo;re not a one-person events crew.</li></ul>What you&rsquo;ll bring<ul><li>5+ years in agency/events/marketing ops (Bahrain or GCC experience is a plus).</li><li>Experience assembling proposals and coordinating cross-functional inputs.</li><li>Familiarity with local suppliers and comparing quotes.</li><li>Strong written English; Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Confident with Google Slides/Docs/Sheets and basic budgeting.</li><li>Organised, calm under deadlines, and good at nudging decisions forward.</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Activation experience in KSA/GCC.</li><li>Understanding of creative workflows (briefs, storyboards, production timelines).</li><li>Bahrain driving licence.</li></ul>First 90 days, what success looks like<ul><li>A clear proposal template adopted by the team.</li><li>A light vendor list with go-to contacts and typical rates.</li><li>Several proposals delivered on time and at least one smooth activation.</li></ul>Hours &amp; travel<ul><li>Sunday&ndash;Thursday, standard office hours; occasional evenings/weekends for activations (time off in lieu).</li><li>Mostly Bahrain; short GCC trips as needed.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary, phone/transport allowance, medical coverage, and performance bonus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>events management or marketing operations: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>
